Schedule Your First Session

After submitting your forms, it’s time to book your first session, during which we will review your wellness goals and develop a personalized plan with realistic and actionable steps. We will do this while considering your circumstances, lifestyle, and other relevant factors.

I’m Charmaine Shaw— a certified health and menopause coach, speaker, author, and founder of the Blackgirl Menopause Wellness Project. My own journey through perimenopause sparked a passion for advocating for Black women and addressing the lack of knowledge, awareness, and self-help resources available during this crucial stage of life. I’m dedicated to helping Black women redefine menopause; not as a time of struggle, but as a powerful opportunity to reclaim health, confidence, and vitality in the second half of life.
